Every charter provides a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Different charters may include various items—for instance, sunset cruises come with deluxe beverages and snacks, while business charters offer meeting amenities and catering suited for businesses.
When should I reserve a yacht?
For the best possibility of availability, especially during our busy months from May through September, reserving your charter 2 to 3 weeks beforehand is advisable. If you're planning corporate gatherings or celebratory functions, book 4 to 6 weeks early to ensure availability and for preparing customized details.
What if the weather turns bad?
Our primary concern is safety. Should the weather be too dangerous for sailing as determined by our captain, we will propose a new date for the charter or offer a full reimbursement. We keep a close eye on the climate and will inform you if unfavorable conditions are likely 24 hours before your departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
While you're allowed to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks like juice or lemonade, we also have superior catering options that we can personalize for your taste. Note that for safety precautions, we prohibit any glass containers aboard.

What's the policy for canceling?
Cancellations that occur 72 hours or more before your journey are fully refunded. Those made between 24–72 hours in advance receive a refund of 50%. If you cancel within 24 hours before your trip, it is non-refundable—except in the event that weather or mechanical issues on our side prevent the journey.
